She earned her degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Point Loma Nazarene University and later received her Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Vanguard University.

Her passion for the beauty & aesthetics industry led her to NALA Institute, where she completed her professional laser training and became a Certified Laser Technician. At Eterna Med Spa, Shayla is dedicated to creating an experience that feels both elevated and personal. She loves building relationships with her clients, understanding their unique goals, and creating thoughtful treatment plans designed to enhance their natural beauty and confidence.
